In-stock orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Once dispatched, delivery generally takes approximately 5–10 business days.
XL and 2XL sizes require an additional 7 business days for oversized-item handling before dispatch.
RAHORACO email subscribers receive complimentary standard shipping. Express shipping is also available for an additional charge, with available options and rates shown at checkout.
The Lounge Pet Bed may be returned within 30 days of delivery only if it is unused, unopened, and remains in its original packaging.
Opened or used sofas are not eligible for voluntary returns.
For returns that are not due to an item arriving damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
